Weekly meals

Use today to plan and prepare meals for the week! I find that making a menu and creating my grocery list from that helps to minimize cost and stress each week. This is what we are eating this week, whats on your menu?

*Taco Salad - Rub a roast with a mixture of chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne, and salt. Sear all sides in a skillet and throw into the crock pot with a jar of salsa. Shred beef and put over lettuce with avocado, black olives, salsa ( corn chips, cheese, etc)
*Chicken salad - Bake chicken @350 until no pink remains then toss with grapes, mayo, walnuts, celery, and salt and pepper. Serve over salad or on a croissant
