Topic Tuesday: What is one item you could not make it through the day without?

My water bottle! I seriously take it everywhere with me because I drink a ton more water when I have it. Right now my favorite is this camelbak one.

I love my Timex watch/HR monitor. Its so nice not having to carry my phone with me wherever I go and being able to just glance at my wrist to see the time and date

My iPhone, Is that bad?! Some days I think of all the money I could save by not having a smart phone and then I think, "are you kidding, I can't live without it!!!!"
